Alright so I know I’ve been awol for like more than a month, but uni started and I was going through the whole settling and adjusting and getting back into the routine shizz. 

I’ve been going to volleyball practices so I haven’t been just sitting around, but my eating did get sort of out of hand. 

However, new week has started today and I’ve got my stuff in order! Just got back from the gym, I just did 25 minutes on the treadmill to lose 165 calories, 20 squats and 50 leg presses. That’s just for the first day though, and I have volleyball later on as well. 

I prepared food for the week so I won’t starve and go crazy and just order in huge amounts of fast food, which normally happens.

I haven’t checked my weight in a month, need to get a weighing machine soon so I can keep that in check.

But I’m back on here! Gotta keep myself motivated!

Okay so I know I haven’t been updating much, the last few weeks have been hectic, but now that I’m almost settled back into my dorm and the routine of uni will start again, I’m sure I’ll be posting more.

So, first day! My kitchen is still packed up so I didn’t even have anything to stir my coffee with this morning! Had a banana for breakfast and going to munch on some strawberries now because I don’t even have a bowl for cereal. Need to unpack those damned boxes. 

I’m going to start Volleyball training too, so that’ll be a run around campus and then probably more strength exercises before volleyball drills with an actual ball -.-

I’m going to start gym and running by myself from next week.

low plank dips, low plank rocks, side planks (do both sides, 15 sec each), & plank jacks.
take a min break!!
now do the next four exercises or 30 secs!
plank runs, in & outs, knee to alt. arm, & knee to elbows.
take a min break!

repeat this 3 times!!
